SOAKED STUDIO was born from a simple idea: your workout should feel as good as it looks. West Orange's first infrared mat studio blends heat, movement, and a genuinely beautiful room — because the experience matters as much as the exercise.
We're a small, women-led studio built on community over crowds. Ten mats, real coaching, and a space designed to make you want to come back.

Every heated class has a non-heated counterpart. Same coaching, same room, your choice of temperature.
Infrared classes are designed for comfort and experience. As with any exercise program, listen to your body and consult your physician with any health questions.
Infrared panels warm your body directly rather than just heating the air. It's a gentler, more radiant heat than a traditional hot yoga room. As with any heated class, stay hydrated and listen to your body — if you're pregnant or managing a health condition, please consult your physician before joining a heated class.
Not at all. Every class is offered in both a heated (infrared) and non-heated (cool) version, so you can choose what feels right for you, day to day.
Just water and a small towel. We provide the mat and a mat towel — heated classes get warm, so come ready to sweat.
45 minutes, start to finish. We run classes throughout the day and evening, six days a week.
More than okay — it's expected! Our small class sizes mean your instructor can guide you through modifications and proper form from your very first class.

Soaked Studio provides boutique group Pilates and fitness classes — offered in both infrared-heated and non-heated formats — along with related wellness services, events, and retail merchandise. We may update schedules, pricing, instructors, or offerings at any time.
You must be at least 16 years old to participate in our classes or use our services. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission and, where required, a signature on our waiver.
If you create an account or join our waitlist, you agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your account and login details secure.
All bookings are subject to studio policies, including cancellation windows, late-arrival rules, and waitlist procedures. Because our classes are intentionally small (10–12 mats), late cancellations and no-shows affect other members' ability to book.
By participating in any class — heated or non-heated — you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risk, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Soaked Studio LLC, its owners, and its instructors are not responsible for injuries, health issues, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation in our classes or use of our facility.
